Interesting...but what is the reasoning behind this? Why would you want to vault you're own coin?

Add a vault feature to the Monero Wallet. If a user puts their Monero into the vault, it will require a minimum of 48 hours before the Monero can be withdrawn from the wallet. The minimum amount of hours before the Monero can be withdrawn can be set by users but their should be a minimum of 48 hours.
For those that have a large amount of Monero, I'm not one of those fortunate people, this vault feature might provide peace of mind. They could be more confident that their Monero won't just disappear overnight because of whatever reason. Of course, this wouldn't protect people in every scenario, but it should at least help.
Multisig support for Monero is being tested from my understanding but if it's coupled with a vault feature, it should really secure one's Monero. One wouldn't need to lock the entirety of their Monero. A certain amount could always be available for immediate use which is up to the wallet owner. A vault feature might also serve as a cooling off period for those that are prone to making rash decisions.
Just throwing this out there but I believe Monero can be the undisputed coin of choice when it comes to serving as a store of value but it needs more features security features.
