I would contact your litebit wallet operator. Most wallets I'm familiar with will produce an error if the address format is incorrect. Sending monero to a bitcoin wallet is impossible.

I transfered coins from litebit to blockchain wallet id which does not support monero coins. How can i solve this? Can you use your wallet id in another app which does support monero? Please help because now im lost 400 dollar
