Trouble Opening .bz2 File On Mac

I am trying to open and run the wallet (node?) on my mac. Went to all downloads, mac osx version. Downloaded to desktop now I cant figure out how to open the file. I get "
There is no application set to open the document “monero.mac.x64.v0-10-1-0.tar.bz2.part”.
???
