Missing coins

Hi,

I'm new to Monero but have been using Bitcoin and Dash for a while. I have set up two Monero wallets, one is the Freewallet iPhone app, the other is the MoneroX wallet. I have sent coins to both wallets but non have arrived. The MoneroX wallet has synched so I expected the coins to appear when that was complete, the Freewallet does not need to synch so they should have appeared by now (I sent them 4 days agao). Are there any tools I can use to trace the coins? The Freewallet support have been totally useless.

Freewallet and MoneroX are 3rd-party services not related to The Monero Project. You need to contact them directly for support. For better security, use the official Monero Core found on https://getmonero.org/downloads

To look up transactions, if you have a "Payment ID", you could look up the transaction on http://explore.moneroworld.com but there will not be much to see given the nature of Monero.

I don't recognize the wallets you mentioned and fear you have been scammed.

Use caution when sending your value to third party wallets.
