You can safely ignore those. They are related to people running fluffy blocks.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Could you please take the time out and explain the errors to me in lay man language ? I am a beginner and would really appreciate the help.

I have not got anything in my wallet till now. I have been running the node for 2 weeks.
