MineIT.eu - Monero pool in Europe

Greetings to everyone!

I started mining a couple of weeks ago and got really hooked! This weekend I thought I would take it to the next "level" and "help" the community a bit (since a lot say decentralization is good). So I started my own mining pool and luckily I had a domain name left over from a project I didn't go through on, therefore the name of: MineIT. :)

I'm a IT consultant with 8 years of experience in my daily life and run this pool as a side thing. I have currently about 8KH/s power on my own, but in the next week I should be able to support the pool with 11-12KH/s. We are 4 miners currently and would love to have more incoming.

Purpose of the pool is to, yes, decentralize the mining efforts and personally for me to learn more about this universe of cryptocurrencies. The pool fee is currently at 0,55% (0,5 pool, 0,05 pool dev fee - will be adjusted to core dev/monero dev). On the website I have already thrown some information up on how to mine and benefit from Monero and will keep posting more. https & co is on the way but as this is a side project, I can only divert so much time to it. :) Pool server runs in a datacenter facility with redundant power and network so uptime should be good, at least the servers haven't had problems the half year I've been there until now. :D

I'll be happy to answer any questions people might have, otherwise I wish you Happy Mining!
