Can't withdraw from MyMonero

I'm having trouble withdrawing from MyMonero and support team is not returning emails. Can anyone help please? My balance is showing as more than enough to cover the withdrawal but the error message says "Not enough spendable outputs/balance too low." I can't get withdraw my balances out! Thanks
