Its been weeks since i contacted you

Hello, I had contacted you regarding unconfirmed transactions that were never completed . I had to send the money through blockchain during my wait time for you to resolve . Please send the money back to my wallet on Monero. It has been over two weeks and no resolution and we need our funds. I would love to continue to use your platform if you can resolve this ASAP.
