I withdrew 5 XMR from an exchange, the withdrawal was confirmed by the exchange, but my wallet (mymonero) displayed a balance of 0.00. So I waited several days, still nothing, I double checked the addresses, they were correct. I contacted the exchange they told me to confirm the withdrawal on xmrchain.net, I did, the withdrawal was confirmed 10000+ timex and the following was decoded:

So I think maybe there's a problem with mymonero, I export my keys and import them into the monero CLI, I synchronise the daemon and refresh the wallet, still NOTHING. I'm at my wits end at this point.
