Hello In March 2017 I purchased 25 Monero from Shapeshift and the Monero was transferred to MyMonero Account number

I saved the Monero Mnemonic seed, spend and view keys and Private Login Key For myMonero Account.
I have now set up my wallet using this seed in Monero gui and it has generated a different address with zero balance. How can I get my original 25 Monero to this new wallet?
I have checked MyMonero account and it shows the plus transaction in March but it also shows a minus transaction on the 17th October.
