Yesterday I sent out a payment which was stuck in status PENDING for a long time.

I forgot to update to the latest version of the monero GUI, so I removed everything (incl blockchain, and wallet) and reinstalled , resynced and restored wallet.

Now this transaction (bff0203bc870137db25a0aef122bb8f3e0641457fb87fe2aa27e8ff1e69e711b) is still visible with a payment ID of 0000000000 and the money is subtracted from my balance.

How can I recover this amount? Which details should I supply to get help?
