hi, i wan´t to create a paper-wallet on an offline-system. I read this:

How can i do step 2: "Verify the signature of the code on a trusted airgapped device"?

I think, this has to be done: " In order to check either, you first need to import moneromooo's GPG key from the Monero source tree: gpg --import moneromooo.asc"

I downloadet the 3 files: README.md monero-wallet-generator.html monero-wallet-generator.html.asc

But how does it work? Where do i have to put in the "gpg --import moneromooo.asc"? In Windows10-Console - CMD? That doesen´t works.
