Hello. Help me customize my solo mining. The program for mining xmr-stak-cpu-notls.exe. Full Monero Node has downloaded and synchronized the blockchain. Wallet created. What to do next I do not know. Monero-wallet-rpc.exe does not start. Help me please.

I assume you are using Windows? You need to start monero-wallet-gui or monero-wallet-cli if you want the command line version. You can start solo mining with the monero-wallet, but i advise you to use ccminer of claymore miner and set it up to mine to a pool, because its not very likely that your going to find a block while mining solo.
