MyMonero Problems

Hi,

I'm Frank, and i'm a newbie of the forum. (If i go wrong on something, please understand me)

I got a problem with Mymonero wallet. I transfered 42 XMC and the balance signs that its were transfered. But when I try to move it, the error message says that i got 0 Monero coin.

What I have to do?

I have the same problem . on site shows: NOTE: you may struggle to send funds received after 2017-01-10. We are working on this, but please restore your account in the Monero GUI if urgently required.

Hi there, I was able to get my monero back by following the instructions here: Linky

Now I realize it could be my bad, it's possible to generate wrong type of address with that one (but is useful for some other things) if you click the wrong button. This one is more straight-forward for what you need: https://xmr.llcoins.net (same site, just a different tool) - just input the seed and click 'Generate'. 1.Go to the folder where you put the monero-wallet-cli.exe, shift+rightClick and then select 'Open command window here'

2.Type monero-wallet-cli --generate-from-keys mywallet

3.paste your address (right-click and click paste on the menu)

4.paste your private spend key

5.paste your private view key

6.Command refresh in the walet and you should see your balance OR exit the CLI and:

7.Copy mywallet.keys to mywallet-gui.keys

8.Open with the GUI and wait for sync
