Sent money to GUI wallet from mymonero and it never appeared[...]

Sent roughly 44 XMR to my GUI but it never showed up. After that I sent 0.02 just to check to see if it would go through and it did. So now I am wondering what happened to my 44 XMR, http://moneroblocks.info/search/0606b95e7197a24f9c0e347030e88b599b1c987567bb102c4fe37d9436806902
