Hi. My account balance 27.94383554 XMR, but when sending writes error Not enough spendable outputs / balance too low (have: 0.000000000000 need: 27.883000000000)

Os everyone brain dead...why are not more people talking about this. What is the use of investing into Monero if you can't get it out of your wallet? and i mean all of it at once....Not this fucking bullshit of taking it out in small chunks. That is for fucking chipmonks
