Tony Sell Orders on Poloniex

I noticed today that there are stacks of Sell Orders on Poloniex for exactly 0.1 XMR, spread across the 0.0032 to 0.004 price range. Any idea why? It just seems pointless.

I think it's what traders refer to as a fat finger error. Doh! Didn't seem to be able to alter the thread title. Mods?
