What's your hobby?

Apart from a wife and six dogs (which take up a lot of time of their own accord) I built and fly FPV multicopters, and I also build LEGO models (MOCs and normal box kits)

What's your hobby?

Reading: poetry, fiction, philosophy, anything that gets the brain uncomfortable and flowing.

At this point my own hobbies are programming and crypto-related stuff, but having two young daughters, I also enjoy passing on my former hobbies (reading, drawing, painting, cooking, dog walking, and movie watching) to the younger generation :)

I like everything that has to do with science from electronics to astronomy and from fossils to molecular biology. I also like very much history, politics and philosophy.

So as my current hobby is actually to read or watch documentaries for everything related with the above subjects.

My two real hobbies though is constructing electronic circuits like transmitters, amplifiers etc and making fireworks.

The last one is the hobby i always loved but unfortunately living in the center of Athens wasnt easy for this hobby. Keep in mind that with the politics of Greece those years and many terrorist attacks well it wasnt the most safe thing i could have for a hobby :) So after i ended up in the police department for a night i had to stop. I was quite lucky that this happened almost before Greece started going totally downwards...

Besides crypto currency which is fast turning away from being a hobby only, then playing music, reading, weight/powerlifting (and staying healthy - body and soul), travel/photo, and pretty much anything that I find intellectually stimulating. The above are stables in life, and then the hobby of the week/month/year rotates.

Edit: and six dogs?! A handful. Hope you have plenty of acreage for them to roam.

That's the advantage to living in South Africa - space is plentiful:)

I ordered a couple cheap quadcopters (1 for me, 1 for my son) from China the other day, to get started with "drones." I love fast cars and trucks and I follow several racing series. Although not as often as I wish, I do take my own car for drag racing and auto-x and track days sometimes.

Working on music composing and some physics (inspired by Bruc Cathie and "Bucky") and philosophy stuff..

Much work hasnt gone into music the last years and what I have done I have lost so its not posted on tumblr, but my friend Lisokka is pushing me to get things rolling again..she has a wix page on my stuff. She says if you have question write in the box on that page.

The physics stuff is pretty intangible at the moment but fun to do. The philosophy stuff is buried deep on the site as I got a bit embarressed about it.

Next up is trying to fit "Vedic Math" into Linux..

Cheers.
