Took TX copy/paste to monero blockchain and got this error: Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

I can see my balance unlocked in my wallet CLI 10.3.1 but when i try to do another transfer i get the double spend error, please help, it was quite significant amount, what is wrong with XMR blockchain??

Basically I transferred xmr amount which got never arrived and form TX ID I cannot locate such on the blockchain and cannot do another transaction due to double spend error. Please help.
